What’s the Status of My Order?
As soon as your order is processed, it is printed just for you! When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email providing the shipping and tracking information.
We ship through UPS. UPS does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for your order.
PLEASE double check that you have inputed the correct address information. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information: name and/or address. We copy and paste the information given to avoid mistakes.
Once your order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders. If an issue with your order occurs once shipped, please convey that issue to UPS.
Where is my eBook I can't find it after I ordered it?
If for any reason, once you've ordered the book, you cannot access the download link and/or downloaded book, PLEASE check your Spam folder.
When you order an eBook, the download link should appear near the top of your "Thank you for your order receipt." Please check the email before you complete your order. When using Google Pay, the ebook is emailed to the default email account you've logged into for Google Pay. Again, please check the email before you complete your order to ensure it's going to the email address you'd like.
Can I cancel an order?
Once an order is placed, it goes directly to the printer. There are no cancellations after an order has been placed.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted.

How is my data used?
We use your data ONLY to do what is outlined below. NEVER is your data sold, nor can we see your credit card information. All payments are processed and handled by Shopify. Please refer to their terms and conditions if needed.
